CDM Support (Principal Designer)

The Construction (Design and Management) regulations or CDM 2015 are the main set of regulations for managing the health, safety and welfare of construction projects.

CDM applies to all building and construction work, including new builds, demolitions, refurbishments, extensions, conversions, repairs and maintenance.

Under CDM there are duty holders, typically:

  • The Client
  • The Principal Designer
  • The Designer
  • The Principal Contractor
